What file formats do I receive?
All prints are delivered as high-resolution PDFs and JPGs at 300dpi. Each download includes multiple paper sizes (A5, A4, A3, and US Letter) in a single zip file.
Can I print multiple copies?
Yes — your personal use licence covers printing as many copies as you need for yourself and as gifts for others. Commercial resale of the files or printed copies is not permitted.
Where's the best place to get them printed?
For the best results, we recommend using a local print lab or an online service like Photobox, Snapfish, or Printed.com. Choose a matte or silk finish for the most authentic look.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have any issues with your files, please get in touch and we'll make it right.
